Do we have EV Chargers?
Yes! All homes include a 220V outlet in the garage for EV charging.
Do you accept pets?
Yes! We are a pet-friendly community. Please contact the office for additional information regarding pet policies and restrictions.
Do you have maintenance? What happens if there is an emergency after hours?
Yes! Our on-site team is available to help with your maintenance needs Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. For emergencies outside of regular business hours, the after-hours emergency maintenance team can be reached at 385-276-6394.
Do you have additional parking and do you charge for it?
All homes include at least a two-car garage. Many homes also include a two-car driveway in addition to the garage. Additional parking is available throughout the community on a first-come, first-served basis at no additional cost. Please contact the office for more information.
How are packages handled?
All townhomes have individual addresses and assigned mailboxes. The office does not accept packages on behalf of residents, and we do not offer a package locker service. Mail and package deliveries will be delivered directly to your mailbox or front door.
Can I use a grill/smoker?
Grills and smokers are permitted within the community, but they must be electric (no propane). During use, they must be kept at least 25 feet away from garages and front porches. Please note that the community does not provide common area grills.
What lease terms do you offer?
We offer a variety of lease term options to best suit your needs. Please contact the office for additional information and current availability of lease terms.
What are your amenity hours?
Our clubhouse is open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, but can be booked for gatherings and events outside these hours by coordinating with the office staff. The fire pit, courtyard, and playgrounds are available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily.
Is smoking allowed in the community?
No, we are a smoke-free community. Smoking is not permitted inside homes, in common areas, or anywhere within the property lines. To help maintain a clean and smoke-free environment for all residents, we ask that all smoking take place at least 25 feet off the property.
What is the process for trash or recycling?
We offer valet trash service for all residents, with pickup Sunday through Thursday evening beginning at 7:00 PM. For additional trash disposal or outside of scheduled pickup times, dumpsters are available throughout both the east and west sides of the community for resident use at any time. Please note that recycling services are not currently provided.
